COMPARE

Loki runs the agents. It isn’t one.

Most tools on this page are a single company’s AI that writes code, or a website builder with its own hosting. Loki is the place where those agents do your work — from a description to a site that is online and keeps improving.

It runs the agents — it is not one.

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity and Grok each plug in. A project is not tied to one company's model, limits or outage: when one agent has used up its allowance, Loki can hand the work to the next.

It owns the whole loop.

From a description to a real repository, a deployed site and a feedback button on that site that turns the next note into the next change — and every change is checked on a phone-sized screen and undone if it made things worse.

Your computer or ours.

Agents can work on your own machine with your own subscriptions, or on an always-on server. Which one is a setting you choose per project, not a guess.

Open source.

Loki is MIT-licensed — read it, run it, change it.

AI coding agents: One company's agent that writes code. Loki runs several of these for you — it is not one of them.

App builders: Describe an app in the browser and get a hosted result. The closest to what Loki does for a newcomer — inside their own hosting.

Open, self-hosted agents: Free software you run yourself. Like Loki, the work can stay on hardware you control.
